How to make a free Website (Blog)

Requirements: 

1. Internet
2. Gmail Account

Procedure:

1. Go to Blogger.com
2. Sign In with your Gmail Account
3. Click on New Blog at the right side
4. Name your blog
5. Make a blog web address such as ehowpakistan.blogspot.com
6. Choose layout/theme from the given list
7. Click on create blog
8. Now make a post for your blog and click on publish 
9. Enjoy
